About Us

Living at Home/Block Nursing ProgramSM's are non-profit programs that are guided by boards of directors who live in the neighborhoods that are served.  Nursing services are contracted by the program.  Volunteers are not reimbursed for any services rendered.  These programs are supported by grants from the State of Minnesota DHS, in-kind donations, and contributions from the community.

Our Mission Statement:

Everyone has the right to stay in their own homes as long as possible, should have the opportunity for social interaction, and have a right to make their own choices. We assist our neighbors who are 65 and older to remain independently in their own home for as long as safely possible.
